Job Summary
Autotech Technical Trainer responsible for delivering advanced automotive/truck training to AutoCare and Major Account shop employees, developing and delivering curricula using adult learning principles, coordinating training schedules with the NAPA Autotech Training Service Center, collaborating with division and national teams to identify needs, and enabling effective learner outcomes. Will partner with management to pilot and facilitate training programs, prepare materials, and market training events to maximize participation; requires ASE Master Technician Certification, at least 5 years of hands-on automotive experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and ability to travel up to ~70% to fulfill training obligations.
Required Qualifications
- ASE Master Technician Certification
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an automotive technician
- Experience conducting adult learning programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
