Autos Cashier

Autos Cashier role within a retail sales team focused on customer care and achieving store sales goals. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, promoting sales and service, applying the Pick-n-Pull 5 Step Sales Model, maintaining safety and loss-prevention guidelines, handling cash and payments, performing store housekeeping, assisting with product knowledge and trainings, and working a variable schedule including weekends and peak days. Preferred qualifications include experience handling payments, Spanish fluency, familiarity with automotive parts, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver strong customer experiences.
