Job Summary
Assist with processing auto and basic insurance transactions and provide reception/administrative support. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, recommending/basic insurance coverage, handling payments, and maintaining filing systems and mail. Requires adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment. In-person, temporary assignment for approximately one year in Burns Lake, BC, Canada; familiarity with insurance terminology and customer service is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of post-secondary education in business preferred
- Experience in insurance is a plus
