Job Summary
Autonomous rideshare driver responsible for testing and supporting autonomous ride-hailing vehicles. Responsibilities include driving test vehicles for 4–8 hours daily on predefined routes, ensuring safety, conducting basic software operations for real-time data collection, performing routine vehicle inspections, documenting observations and anomalies, and collaborating with engineers to enhance system performance. Must be able to work the listed AM/PM shifts, maintain a clean driving record, and follow strict safety guidelines while onsite in San Francisco and Mountain View. Must have strong communication skills and typing speed (45 WPM) and be comfortable working in a team-oriented, on-demand environment.
Required Qualifications
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable driving for extended periods (4–8 hours per day)
- No moving violations within the past 12 months, DUIs, or criminal record
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and strict safety guidelines
- Ability to work onsite in both Mountain View and San Francisco
