Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions, and administer therapeutic injections including corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid, and PRP. Provide well-woman exams, manage women's health conditions, and deliver pelvic floor therapy interventions while educating patients on nutrition and exercise. Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers, consult on treatment options, and maintain a sterile environment for all procedures. Accept new patients to build a personal panel, market services through outreach and digital channels, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes. Document all care accurately within the EHR system and ensure HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with physicians and physical therapists to optimize patient care and provide mentorship to staff.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of [State]
- Board certification in Family Practice (FNP), Women's Health (WHNP), or another appropriate specialty
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- At least [2-3] years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on orthopedic assessments and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Expertise or willingness to develop expertise in pelvic floor health and cosmetic injections
- Excellent communication and patient education skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments and build patient trust
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient care responsibilities
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other healthcare software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in musculoskeletal care, orthopedic therapy, or physical rehabilitation
- Experience or a strong interest in women's health, pelvic floor therapy, and cosmetic injections
- Experience with PRP, hyaluronic acid injections, or other orthopedic regenerative therapies
- Aesthetic injection experience (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.)
- Additional certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures
- A passion for holistic care that blends musculoskeletal health, women's health, and aesthetic enhancement
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the desire to grow and develop a patient base
- Ability to build strong relationships with patients and the community, contributing to the practice's growth
