Job Summary
AutoNation USA Sanford is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate for eCommerce/Phone who engages hundreds of customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. The role emphasizes timely lead response, answering questions, guiding customers from online/inbound contact to in-store experiences, and closing the sale while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and smooth transitions to service. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, plus a willingness to meet targeted sales goals and follow up with customers, are essential across the customer journey from inquiry to ownership. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid in-state driver’s license
