Job Summary
Wheel Technician trainee role performing on-site wheel repairs and refinishing at customer locations. Responsibilities include removing tires and wheels, repairing cosmetic damages with grinding/sanding, painting and refinishing wheels to a like-new condition, and delivering excellent customer service while promoting services. Training is fully paid with travel, lodging, and compensation during training; post-training compensation includes hourly pay plus commission with uncapped earning potential. Starting pay is $21.00/hour with benefits and potential growth into higher tech levels or management roles. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, have strong work ethic, manual dexterity, and a valid driver's license. EEO employer.
