Job Summary
Automotive Wheel Technician – Trainee: Join Dent Wizard as a Wheel Technician trainee with fully paid training (including travel, food, and transportation) and a path to uncapped earnings. You will travel to customer locations to service vehicles, remove tires and wheels, repair cosmetic damages using grinding/sanding tools, and paint/refinish wheels to a like-new condition while delivering excellent customer service and promoting services. No experience is required to start; training compensation begins at hourly pay, transitioning to a commission-based earnings model as you move out of training. Starting pay is $21.00/hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required for the wheel technician role; comprehensive paid training is provided
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks (kneeling, bending, squatting, climbing)
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality and safety
- Willingness to travel to customer locations or work outdoors in various weather conditions
