Job Summary
Automotive Wheel Technician – Trainee role with fully paid training (includes travel, lodging, and meals). Travel to customer locations to service vehicles; remove tires and wheels; repair cosmetic wheel damages using grinding and sanding; paint and refinish wheels to a like-new condition; deliver strong customer service and promote services. Requires toughness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, strong customer service and sales skills, detail-oriented with emphasis on quality and safety, and physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 75 pounds. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Auto painting or collision repair training preferred but not required. Starting pay $23.10/hour with uncapped earning potential and benefits; long-term earnings potential $60,000–$110,000+.
