Job Summary
Repair deep wheel damage, operate wheel repair machines, and apply paint and clear-coat finishes to wheels within high-tech Inspection Centers. Use state-of-the-art tools to restore vehicle condition while adhering to safety protocols involving protective gear and equipment. Perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, requiring the ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs to ensure timely vehicle delivery. Join a team committed to selling only vehicles in first-rate condition.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check
