Job Summary
Film yourself providing professional video updates on customer vehicles, conducting inspections and walkarounds to document condition, diagnostic findings, and repair progress. Clearly explain mechanical and diagnostic findings in simple terms, translating technical automotive terminology into clear, customer-friendly language while communicating the current status of vehicles throughout the repair process. Capture photos and video of vehicle concerns and repairs, then follow up with customers regarding inspection findings and status as directed. Work closely with technicians to understand diagnostic findings and assist the Service and Management teams with customer communication. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure customers receive timely, transparent updates regarding their vehicles. Fluent in Spanish and English with a professional demeanor, you will represent the company in every interaction within a fast-paced automotive service environment.

- Must be fluent in Spanish and English

- Comfortable filming yourself using a mobile phone or camera

- Ability to learn automotive terminology, systems, and mechanical concepts

- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be comfortable using smartphones, video equipment, and basic computer applications
- Must be comfortable learning and using dealership/service management software
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience is a plus
- Previous customer service, service advising, video, media, sales, or communications experience is a plus
