Job Summary
Greet customers and direct them to their desired destinations when parking or retrieving vehicles; assist with service write-up and tagging of customer vehicles; help move client vehicles to and from the shop and support the service workflow; provide shuttle service to customers when requested; maintain cleanliness and safety of the service area; report safety or policy concerns to management; comply with dealership policies; opportunities for internal career advancement and benefits including 401(k). Requires valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and a High School diploma or equivalent; ability to lift 30 lbs; strong customer-service orientation and communication skills; detailing experience or operating manual vehicles a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to operate manual vehicles is a plus
- Detailing experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with customers and employees
