Job Summary
Perform diagnostic and repair work per repair order to dealership and factory standards; diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs; communicate with parts department and service advisor; save and tag parts; inspect vehicle and identify additional safety or service recommendations; document work on repair order; road test vehicles when required; participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and stay updated on technical bulletins; supervise apprentice technicians as assigned; report defects; comply with regulations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know); physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; read and comprehend instructions; strong time management; maintain clean driving record; establish and maintain core values of Family, Integrity, Respect and Purpose.
