Job Summary
Utilize data mining tools to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities and meet customers in the service drive to photograph current vehicles for cash offers. Document vehicle information, follow up on outstanding cash offers from the acquisitions team, and act as a liaison while customers are being serviced. Maintain daily contact via phone, email, and in-person interactions to provide an exceptional customer experience. Work with the Used Car Manager to identify current vehicle needs and use friendly, no-pressure sales techniques focused on keeping customers in the right vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service such as retail, restaurant, call center setting, etc., is preferred but not required (Sales experience helpful)
- Ability to learn data mining tools and software (eLeads experience a plus!)
- Strong customer service, organizational, relationship building, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
- Driven, competitive, and willing to work in a team environment
