Job Summary
Process all vehicle titles accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Obtain necessary paperwork from customers, resolve discrepancies, and submit applications including lien releases to government agencies. Maintain organized records of all transactions while communicating with banks and third parties. Assist with inventory management and collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure timely task completion. Stay current on relevant regulations and work in a fast-paced environment, including occasional weekend and evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the auto industry
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work occasional weekend and evening hours as needed
