Job Summary
Install new tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep customers' vehicles operating safely at our Newark, DE state-of-the-art service centers. You will work five days a week in a fast-paced environment, utilizing proven processes and receiving paid training to master industry-leading service techniques. Your performance directly impacts earnings through significant weekly bonus payments tied to every service completed on top of a negotiable base rate. Required Qualifications
