Job Summary
Automotive Tire Technician responsible for installing new tires and wheels and performing tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep customer vehicles safe. Paid training provided; opportunities to earn additional incentive payments on top of guaranteed base compensation. Candidates should be motivated by commissions/incentive compensation, value reliability, punctuality, and teamwork, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Eligible for benefits including health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for career growth. Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to work 5 days per week.
