Job Summary
Automotive Tire Technician responsible for installing tires and wheels, performing tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs to keep customers' vehicles operating safely. Role includes paid training, participation in weekly performance-based incentive programs, and guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period (up to $800). Starting base rate is negotiable. Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to work 5 days per week. Emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a safe, customer-focused environment; open interviews are available.
