Job Summary
Install new tires and wheels, perform rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, and ensure customer vehicles operate safely at state-of-the-art service centers. Deliver quality service while meeting promised delivery times in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required; receive paid training and coaching on industry-leading processes. Earn a negotiable base rate plus weekly performance-based bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period. Work five days a week in a safe, positive setting with access to health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
