Job Summary
Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, to keep customers' vehicles operating safely. Deliver quality service while meeting customer-promised delivery times in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment. Complete paid on-the-job training to learn industry-leading processes and earn weekly performance-based bonuses tied to every service performed. Work five days each week in Carthage, TX, as part of a large team supporting one of the nation's largest tire sales and automotive repair chains.
Required Qualifications
