Job Summary
Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, to keep customers' vehicles operating safely. Rotate, balance, and repair tires while adhering to customer-promised delivery times and providing quality service in a safe, state-of-the-art environment. Work five days each week in a fast-paced setting, utilizing proven processes and receiving paid on-the-job training. Earn a competitive base rate plus weekly performance-based incentives totaling up to $800 during the introductory period.
