Job Summary
Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services, including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs, to keep customers' vehicles operating safely. Rotate, balance, and repair tires while adhering to customer-promised delivery times in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment. Work five days each week with paid training provided to introduce you to performance-based incentive programs. Earn a guaranteed base compensation plus weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed, with eligible technicians receiving up to $800 during the introductory period. Required Qualifications
