Job Summary
Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep customer vehicles operating safely. Rotate, balance, and repair tires while adhering to quality standards and meeting promised delivery times in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment. You will work five days a week, complete paid training on proven processes, and earn weekly performance-based bonuses tied to every service performed. This role offers a guaranteed base compensation structure with significant additional earning potential through incentive programs.
Required Qualifications
