Job Summary
Tire Technician responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotating tires; repairing flats; performing minor vehicle maintenance (oil changes, lubrication, and accessory replacement); maintaining clean and organized work areas; handling tire inventory and delivering tires to other service locations; inspecting tire casings and categorizing them as reusable or scrap; and providing shuttle service when needed. Key traits include a strong safety focus, teamwork, excellent communication, time management, accountability, attention to detail, problem solving, and a customer-centric approach to support the shop’s goals in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
