Job Summary
Define the global product roadmap for the automotive portfolio to open new revenue streams and increase client retention. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary research teams across connected car, electronics, chassis, ADAS, and interior systems. Lead voice of the customer initiatives to translate unmet needs into actionable product features while owning the P&L and shaping global sales strategy. Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product delivery and market traction. This role bridges deep technical research with consumer-centric product planning, supporting existing offerings and conceiving new ones with full accountability for global revenue and product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in automotive technology and/or automotive planning either at an OEM, supplier or at a market research or consulting company
- Deep understanding of automotive ecosystem
- Proven ability to synthesize insights into high-impact thought leadership
- Demonstrated success in managing global, cross-functional teams and holding P&L/revenue responsibility
- Executive presentation skills
- Proven ability to create and deliver clear, structured narratives for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Product Management, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- A background in OEM feature planning is a plus
