Job Summary
As an Automotive Technician at zTrip, maintain and repair a diverse fleet to minimize downtime and ensure peak performance; perform routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical/electrical/drivability issues, conduct safety inspections, document services, and collaborate with technicians and operations staff in a fast-paced facility. This role emphasizes preventative maintenance, accurate problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep North America’s largest taxi transportation network safely on the road.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, Fleet Technician, Diesel Mechanic, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair techniques
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Valid driver’s license required
