Job Summary
Perform tire services, battery installations, oil changes, and multi-point inspections while notating vehicle conditions. Execute routine equipment maintenance and calibration. Collaborate with associates to deliver customer service and complete any additional duties assigned by the store manager. This trainee role focuses on gaining experience to work independently. Candidates must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license, able to lift 50lbs, and adapt to severe climate variances. No late evenings or Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers' license
- Acceptable driving history
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50lbs, often repetitively
- Ability to adapt to severe climate variances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings
