Diagnose malfunctions, communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production, and explain technical diagnoses to non-mechanical individuals. Maintain an organized work area, keep store management aware of mechanical issues, and stay current on factory technical bulletins through training classes. Earn $35-$45 per hour with top flat rates, paid certifications, and flexible shifts at Napleton's Lexus of Maplewood. Required Qualifications
- Automotive Service Technician experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
