Job Summary
Oversee all activity in the installation shop, ensuring paperwork for installs and removals is completed properly. Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper tools and equipment are always available. Mount, balance, install tires and wheels, and operate tire and balance machines. Place product and supply orders, check in delivered merchandise, and label items with item numbers. Organize delivered merchandise by customer, handle return-to-vendor products, and maintain an organized system for storing used tires. Control parts spending and ensure all turned-in products are identified, tagged, and cleaned. Requires at least three years of experience in front-end steering and suspension repair and alignment certification. Full-time position with benefits and paid vacation. Valid state driver license with a clean driving history required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in Front end steering and suspension repair
- Alignment Certified
- Ability to mount, balance, install tires & wheels
- Use of tire machine and balance machine
- Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history
- Prior experience as an automotive technician, auto tech, tire technician, tire tech, wheel specialist, alignment tech
