Automotive Technician

Diagnose vehicles according to appropriate certifications and perform multi-point inspections or repairs as outlined on service orders with efficiency and accuracy. Explain technical diagnoses to non-mechanical individuals, including customers and store staff, while recommending necessary services to maintain vehicle running conditions. Document all recommendations in customer files, adhere to MAP guidelines and manufacturer standards, and follow safety procedures by reporting concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. Maintain ASE certifications and renewals as required. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to work five days per week including Saturdays.
