Job Summary
The Automotive Service Technician will perform routine repairs and diagnosis on guest vehicles, including light engine work, transmissions, clutches, electrical systems, HVAC, steering and suspension, and will complete multi-point inspections and warranty-related tasks. Responsibilities include documenting work on assigned repair orders, communicating with service advisors for additional work or timelines, conducting road tests when needed, maintaining manufacturer CSI scores, and participating in manufacturer-sponsored training. The role requires basic tools, strong technical/mechanical skills, teamwork, and a minimum of 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license; ASE and manufacturer certifications are heavily preferred, and the candidate must pass pre-employment screening.
