Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions, execute repairs, and communicate technical findings to customers and staff. Coordinate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production flow and customer expectations. Maintain an organized work area and keep management informed of mechanical issues. Stay current on factory technical bulletins and participate in manufacturer-sponsored training classes.
