Job Summary
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, perform repairs, and communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary components. Conduct Video MPI walk-arounds, examine vehicles for additional safety or service requirements, and document all work performed. Save and tag parts under warranty or per customer request, while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal. Notify the service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within promised timelines or if additional work is required. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents to a manager or supervisor.
