Install, service, and remove Ignition Interlock devices from cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles. Use the PLUS system to interface with devices for data retrieval and reporting. Troubleshoot issues with clients and educate them on proper device usage while providing prompt, courteous, and professional customer service. May assist in marketing by presenting on the devices. Requires a driver's license and one year of automotive repair experience preferred. High school education is preferred.
