Job Summary
Perform oil changes, check vehicle fluids, and conduct courtesy inspections to maintain customer vehicles safely. Replace filters, adjust tire pressures, and assist technicians with shop operations and vehicle movement. Document completed services and follow all safety procedures while delivering professional customer service. Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, as part of a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in automotive repair
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday
- Safely operate customer vehicles and shop equipment
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous lube technician or automotive experience
