Job Summary
Perform light to medium automotive repairs and minimal diagnostics on vehicles, including general work on radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, climate control units, ACs, and heater cores. Work in a fast-paced production environment using state-of-the-art tools within high-tech Inspection Centers. This Mid-Level Auto Technician role requires at least three years of professional automotive repair experience. The position is open to candidates with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
