Job Summary
Diagnose and repair customer vehicles by performing brake jobs, suspension work, alignments, front-end part replacements, preventive maintenance, tire repair, and oil changes. Adhere strictly to MAP guidelines and dealership standards while communicating with shop personnel and customers. Work a minimum of five days per week including Saturdays, standing for eight hours daily and lifting up to 70 pounds frequently. Experience as an automotive technician is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday's
- Stand up to eight hours per day in the shop and able to walk to gain access to various areas of the building
- Bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly throughout the day; must have full range of motion with arms and hands and be able to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
