Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on Kia vehicles is preferred
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems and components
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to addressing technical challenges
- Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members, service advisors, and parts department
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise diagnoses and repairs
- Safety and Quality Focus: Dedication to adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all repairs meet the highest quality standards
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, documentation, and parts coordination
- Certifications: ASE and Technician certifications are preferred
- X-time experience is preferred
