Job Summary
Technician (All levels) performs repair work per Repair Order to dealership and factory standards, including road testing when required, and communicates with Service Advisor and parts department regarding repair status and parts needs. Documents all work on the repair order, stays current in mandated factory and dealership training, and maintains personal and company tools. Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ASE certifications are preferred. High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years related experience. Able to work in a high-paced environment and demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- ASE certifications preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
