Job Summary
Automotive Technician at a new store opening responsible for basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshooting to ensure the vehicle is performing properly and customers are cared for. Responsibilities include applying in-depth automotive repair knowledge, delivering high-quality service, performing skilled mechanical work and diagnostics, inspecting/replacing defective parts, performing preventative maintenance, staying current with automotive technology, upholding company policies and safety standards, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and demonstrating strong customer service and communication. Requires a minimum 2 years of automotive experience, ASE certification preferred but not required, ability to operate vehicles, tools, background check, willingness to work Saturdays, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years automotive service/repair experience
- Must have Technician Tools
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screen
