Automotive Technician

Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions, execute repairs, and communicate technical diagnoses to non-mechanical individuals including customers and employees. Coordinate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication. Maintain an organized work area, keep store management aware of mechanical issues, and stay current on factory technical bulletins through training classes. This role supports customer loyalty at Napleton Mercedes-Benz of Rochester within the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, which operates over 25 brands across seven states.
