Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, perform routine maintenance, and utilize computer diagnostic equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions. Provide accurate estimates by clearly explaining repair needs to customers and maintain clean, organized work areas while keeping accurate service records. Adhere to all safety protocols and continuously update skills through factory training and development opportunities. No weekend hours required; average weekly pay of $1400+ with weekly bonus payouts based on personal production. 40-hour guarantee for the first 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
