Job Summary
Perform advanced steering and suspension inspections, diagnose and repair brake and HVAC systems, and complete Digital Vehicle Inspections to identify vehicle needs. Execute scheduled maintenance, tire services, and flush procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate repairs and excellent customer service, targeting a minimum of 75% labor productivity. This role requires a B-Level Technician with three or more years of experience, including ASE certifications in suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC. The position involves flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a moderate noise environment with exposure to chemicals and dust. Required Qualifications
- Experienced B-Level Automotive Technician
- 3 or more years Automotive Technician experience or a combination of experience and training to be an Automotive Technician
- required state and local certifications to be able to legally perform the work
- current and valid driver's license
- satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- ASE A4 Suspension and Steering certification
- ASE A5 Brakes certification
- ASE A6 Electrical Systems certification
- ASE A7 Heating and Air Conditioning certification

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to perform major and fine motor skill movements using body to perform the necessary actions to complete a repair, service, vehicle inspection, or shop cleaning activity
- Ability to reach overhead, push, pull, bend over/down, stoop, and other major body movements frequently
- Ability to work flexible hours/days including evenings and if shops are open, weekends
