Automotive Technician

Automotive Technician responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing brake/front-end/alignments and other mechanical work, ensuring accurate and timely service, coaching coworkers, maintaining efficiency and productivity, and meeting service-related quotas. The role requires safe operation of vehicles and PPE adherence, strong communication with customers, ability to learn and use technical materials, and availability for holidays, weekends, and after-hours work. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, ASE certifications, and the ability to work independently and in a team, with strong multitasking and customer-facing skills.
