Diagnose and repair vehicles across a wide range of domestic and foreign makes; perform full and honest courtesy vehicle inspections; collaborate with the service department and fellow technicians to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and deliver quality results; uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization; pursue ongoing training and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- Be able to lift and move over 100 pounds occasionally
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Ability to drive manual transmissions vehicles
