Job Summary
Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests while performing full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections. Continuously build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles by troubleshooting concerns quickly and working with the service department to solve problems and meet deadlines. Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization while collaborating with other technicians to deliver distinguished results. Enjoy paid continuous training up to 30 hours annually.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
