Job Summary
Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests while performing full, accurate courtesy inspections across domestic and foreign makes. Collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot concerns quickly, meet repair deadlines, and deliver distinguished results. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shop. This role requires 3+ years of experience, ASE certifications preferred, and the ability to lift over 100 pounds and work in tight spaces. You will earn up to $55/hour with weekends off at our Chandler location.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
