Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests while performing full, accurate courtesy inspections. Build experience across domestic and foreign makes by troubleshooting concerns, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with the service team. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization while communicating effectively with guests and other technicians. This role requires 3+ years of automotive experience, ASE certifications preferred, and the ability to lift 100+ pounds and work in tight spaces. Compensation is up to $55/hour with weekends off. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
