Job Summary
Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests while performing full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections. Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles by troubleshooting concerns quickly and effectively. Work as part of a team to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results while promoting high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate closely with the service department and collaborate with other technicians to ensure guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications

- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- 5+ years of experience as a professional automotive technician
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Ability to Flag 50+ hours per week
- Desire to serve customers
- Prefer experience with all makes and models
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
