Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for customers by using knowledge and skills to troubleshoot concerns quickly and effectively. Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections across a wide range of domestic and foreign makes and models. Work as part of a team to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results while following high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. This role requires 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician, ASE certifications preferred, and the ability to lift over 100 pounds and work in tight spaces. Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
